Henk is involved in all possible aspects of cutting seed potatoes. From logistics, steering the flex workers and maintenance, to the stringent monitoring of De Kubbe quality protocol.
Dick van Tilburg is the driving force behind De Kubbe. Since taking over the company from his father Gert Jan in 2003, he has not stood still and has developed the company from the original arable farm into a specialised processing plant for seed potatoes. Dick has been a familiar face for the Kubbe customers for many years.
Alice is married to Dick, and spent 16 years working for the police force before switching to De Kubbe. Alice can generally be found in the office and is responsible for all administrative processes and the complete financial administration.
The washing plant is Johan’s domain. Here, he coordinates washing and treatment of the batches as they arrive, taking responsibility for maintenance and steering the team of flex workers for delivery of the seed potatoes.
120 years of experience
Although Annie, Gert-Jan and Pieter are officially no longer part of De Kubbe, they can always be found here when extra hands are required. We can depend on them no matter how busy or hectic it gets, thanks to their all-round expertise.
